Sound familiar?

Where do your saved links actually go?

Most people save hundreds of links a year and rediscover almost none of them. Bookmarks pile up, read-later apps shut down or sell your reading habits, and search only works if you remember the exact title.

A bookmark graveyard

Safari and Chrome folders become a junk drawer. You save the link, then never find it again.

Read-later apps disappear

Pocket shut down. Others pivot, raise prices, or upload everything you read to their own servers.

Keyword search fails

You remember the idea, not the headline — so a plain text search returns nothing useful.

Meet Simlink

How does Simlink work?

Save a link from anywhere. On-device AI does the rest — reading, summarizing, tagging, and indexing it so you can find it later by meaning, not just by title. Everything runs locally and syncs through your own iCloud.

1

Save from anywhere

Use the Share Sheet on iPhone, iPad, or the Safari extension on Mac. One tap and the link is in.

2

On-device AI enriches it

Apple Foundation Models write a summary, suggest tags, and sort it into a category — entirely on your device.

3

Find it by meaning

Semantic search with 512-dimensional embeddings surfaces the right link even when you forget the words.

4

Sync across your devices

iCloud keeps your library in sync on every Apple device — with no Simlink account and no third-party cloud.

Features

What makes Simlink different?

Simlink pairs on-device intelligence with a privacy model no cloud read-later app can match.

On‑device AI

Summaries, tags, and semantic search run entirely on your device via Apple Foundation Models. Nothing leaves your phone.

iCloud sync only

No accounts, no servers, no third-party cloud. Your bookmarks sync across all your Apple devices via iCloud — and only yours.

Semantic search

Search by meaning, not just keywords. 512-dimensional embeddings find what you saved even when you don't remember the exact words.

Import everything

Bring in your existing bookmarks from Safari, Raindrop, GoodLinks, or Anybox. Smart deduplication keeps things clean.

Smart Collections

This Week, Long Reads, Unread, AI Enriched — auto-curated views that surface the right links at the right time.

Ephemeral shares

Share any link via a short sim.link URL that expires. Live Activity tracks views in real time. One-view mode for secret links.

Privacy

How private is Simlink, really?

Completely. There is no Simlink account, no server that stores your bookmarks, and no analytics on what you read. The AI runs on your device, and sync happens only through your personal iCloud. We literally cannot see your links.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Simlink really private?+

Yes. Simlink runs all AI on your device with Apple Foundation Models, and syncs only through your personal iCloud account. There is no Simlink account, no server that stores your bookmarks, and no third-party cloud. Nothing you save leaves your devices.

Does Simlink need an account?+

No. Simlink uses your existing iCloud account for sync, so there is nothing to sign up for. Open the app and start saving links.

Can I import my existing bookmarks?+

Yes. Simlink imports bookmarks from Safari, Raindrop, GoodLinks, and Anybox, and de-duplicates them automatically so your library stays clean.

What does the on-device AI do?+

It reads each link on your device to generate a short summary, suggest tags, sort it into a category, and build a semantic search index. Because it uses Apple Foundation Models and NLContextualEmbedding, none of this requires the cloud.

Which devices does Simlink support?+

Simlink is native to iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, and runs on iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26, and watchOS. Your library stays in sync across all of them via iCloud.

How much does Simlink cost?+

Simlink is free to download on the App Store, with an optional premium subscription for power-user features. Your bookmarks and core features work without paying.
